Click on any block in the life grids to create journal entries in Obsidian. The templates adapt based on whether you're reflecting on the past, documenting the present, or planning for the future.
The life grids visualize your entire life timeline:
The highlighted block (with blue border) shows where you are right now. Past blocks are colored, future blocks are dimmed.
When you add goals with target dates, they automatically appear on the grids:

Click any grid block to create or open a journal entry in Obsidian:
Files saved as: Years/Year-{age}-{year}.md
Files saved as: Months/{year}/{month}/Month-{index}-{year}-{month}.md
Organized by year and month for easy navigation
Files saved as: Weeks/{year}/{month}/Week{number}-{month}-{year}.md
Click weeks in the "Progress This Year" widget
Setup Required: Go to Settings → Data tab to configure your Obsidian vault path and folder structure.
Left Click: Open or create Obsidian file for that period
Right Click: Context menu with options:
Cmd/Ctrl + Click: Customize block (add personal notes, colors)
Visual Indicators: Blocks with a tiny circle dot in the top-right corner already have Obsidian files created. The dot appears white in dark themes and black in light themes.
Files are automatically organized in your Obsidian vault:
Each file includes links to related periods (parent year, adjacent months/weeks) for easy navigation.
